In April each year since 1981, the National trust of Australia (NSW) has presented a week long focus on our heritage, through community organised events and activities. Milton Ulladulla has been involved with Heritage Week for many years.

Heritage Week is a time to recognise what can be achieved through community action to save and protect buildings, places, land and objects, as well as customs, traditions and values which have heritage significance. Heritage Week recognises the work of community groups, organisations, individuals and governments to pass on the things worth keeping.
