Tuna Triangles
Makes 12
170g can sandwich tuna
130g can creamed corn
1tbl chopped parsley leaves
1 egg
6 slices white bread
1/3 cup oil
Place tuna, corn,
parsley,and an egg into a mixing bowl and stir till
combined. cut crust off bred then spread mixture onto
them. cut into triangles. Heat oil in fry pan, when hot
add a few triangles. When golden lift out with a spatula
and place on paper to drain. Cook the rest and drain on
paper.
